Our Story
Randall Street Family Practice has been a fixture in the local West Michigan community for over five decades. Established on January 1, 1975, our practice has grown alongside the Coopersville community, providing trusted family healthcare through generations.
Our care team includes Dr. Roger Holman (DO), Leah Boeve (FNP), and Heidi Parcher (AGPCNP) — each bringing unique expertise and a shared commitment to compassionate, personalized care.
We accept most major insurance plans, including TRICARE, and proudly care for active military members, veterans, and their families.
Lead Physician
Dr. Roger Holman, DO
Dr. Roger Holman has been a primary care physician who has anchored the Coopersville community for over 50 years. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, his clinical approach centers on whole-person, holistic healthcare, emphasizing wellness and preventative treatment alongside traditional medical practices.
He graduated in 1974 from the A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. His exceptional longevity in the field gives him more than 52 years of active experience in handling continuous family medicine and unexpected acute needs.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Leah Boeve, FNP
Leah Boeve comes to us from Trinity Health Downtown Grand Rapids Emergency Department. She has been a nurse there for 11 years and completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification through Spring Arbor University.
She has an interest in pediatrics and emergent care and is eager to contribute her skills and knowledge to the practice. She is married with 3 young children and lives locally in the area. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and reading.
Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC)
Heidi Parcher, AGPCNP
Heidi (Meerman) Parcher comes to us from Trinity Health Downtown Grand Rapids where she has been working on a step down unit for older adults. She has been a nurse for 6 years and has dedicated her skills to the geriatric population.
She has a passion for assisting older adults in the hardest stage of life. She is a Coopersville High School alumni, graduating in 1994. She is married with 4 grown children and lives locally in the area. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
